NEBRASKA BUGEATERS FC AND MINNEAPOLIS CITY SC ANNOUNCE HOME AND AWAY
Teams announce home and away this season.
Lincoln, Nebraska - Feb. 8, 2018 - The Nebraska Bugeaters FC have announced a home and away this season with Minneapolis City SC. They compete in the North Conference of the NPSL.
“We are excited to be playing Minneapolis City. The club has an amazing fan base and talent on the pitch as well,” club Founder Jonathan Collura said. “We are looking forward to both exciting matches and hope to continue this matchup in the coming seasons.”
Minneapolis City will visit Lincoln on June 23 and the Bugeaters will play in Minneapolis on a date to be finalized pending a final stadium announcement.
“We will continue to find the best clubs to play this season as we build the program here in Nebraska,” Co-Founder Tim Pendrell said. “Minneapolis City has a fantastic image and we have modeled a lot of what we do on the fan engagement they have built.”
The Bugeaters will continue to announce matchups pending its final league schedule in the UPSL.
